This summer is proving to be a busy time. Whilst the vintage fairs tend to quieten down over the summer, its the time when the car shows, festival and weekenders all pop up.
I have something in for every weekend in August! Here’s hoping the lovely sunny weather comes back.
First up is my last event in July, this Saturday. A smaller charity Rock’n’Roll event in Kings Lynn. A perfect way to tie in a trip to see the family as well as some great bands!
Charity Rock’n’Roll All Dayer for Nelson’s Journey who help bereaved children.
At the moment there are still tickets available to buy in advance at £10 from
www.twistedmelon.bigcartel.com and there will be a limited number on the door.

~ SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE ~
Step back in time to the evocative music of yesteryear. Whether you seek to capture the lost glamour of the 30’s or the nostalgia of the 40’s, you can rock n roll to 50’s tunes, then get down to some rhythm and blues.
There’s family fun for everyone at this epic retro weekender. You can have a whirl on the dodgems, jump & jive at a tea dance and set your senses alight at our cabaret show.
Adore the classic vehicle we have on display. Browse the vintage clothing and retro treasures on offer with stalls a plenty. Why not make a weekend of it by camping, glamping or joining The Caravan Club?
Hosting some of the best… vintage talent in the UK across 3 stages, this is a vintage event not to be missed!
You can come for the day, the evening or the whole weekend”
This is the biggest event for me in August, spread over 2 and a half days it looks to be great fun. I’ll be staying on site, so I get to enjoy some of the bands in the evenings as well.
As soon as I know where my plot is I’ll let you know, but I’ll be in my big arse marquee sharing with a couple of friends….. you won’t be able to miss us…. look for the flamingos!
Don’t forget to say hi! if you see us at any of these events, we love meeting virtual and on-line friends.
